1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ar77 website accessible at ar77.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers an account with ar77 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the ar77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded by ar77 under applicable promotional terms.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, fast game, slot, table game, or sports betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any Game on the Platform.
• "KYC"
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a Friday, Saturday, or Bangladeshi public holiday on which ar77's cashier operations are open.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, logging into an existing Account, or using any feature of the ar77 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is effective at the earlier of: (a) the moment you click the registration confirmation button during Account creation; or (b) the moment you first access any Game or financial feature of the Platform.

ar77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ar77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of any employee of ar77 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ar77 or had your Account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, intoxication, or any condition that impairs your judgment.

ar77 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one single Account on the ar77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must notify ar77 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ar77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

ar77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ar77 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. ar77 targets a KYC review turnaround of under one hour during operational hours for standard submissions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ar77 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ar77 charges no fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or payment service provider are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified Accounts are processed within one to four hours during cashier operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, subject to applicable minimums and maximums.

ar77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds evidence, or confirmation of payment method ownership. These checks are conducted to protect Players and the integrity of the Platform.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds in your Balance (exclusive of Bonus Funds) are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC compliance and these Terms & Conditions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ar77 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including first-deposit welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal festival promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ar77 promotions:

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Claiming a welcome bonus via a duplicate Account constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must be wagered according to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• ar77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed and commenced wagering under the promotion will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing wagers to harvest bonus value, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All Games on the ar77 Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each Game operates under its own rules as determined by the provider, which are accessible within the Game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any Game before placing a Wager.

All Games on ar77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer Games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The outcome of any Game is final once the round is complete, and ar77 does not have the ability to alter outcomes retroactively.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or data transmission failure — ar77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager amount to your Account Balance. ar77 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to all Games and are displayed within the Game interface prior to each round. ar77 reserves the right to impose individual Account-level Wager limits at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to defraud ar77 or any other Player through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or the exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving genuine services from ar77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of ar77's staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

ar77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your Account for a period of your choosing without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ar77 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ar77 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ar77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ar77.

11 Limitation of Liability

The ar77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar77 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ar77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if ar77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ar77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ar77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ar77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ar77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure server-side storage for all personal and financial data. ar77 does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. ar77 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the Platform (including payment processing), comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ar77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform functionality, or business operations. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on the ar77 Platform.

Where a change to these Terms & Conditions is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — ar77 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ar77 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ar77 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact ar77's customer support team in good faith and allow a period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days for ar77 to investigate and attempt to resolve your complaint informally. ar77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two Business Days.
